Course 1: Starter

Callejero Ceviche Bowl
A vibrant, street-style ceviche designed to wake up the palate and set the tone for a truly premium dinner. Fresh local fish is paired with shrimp, calamari, and octopus, then tossed with crisp onion, juicy tomato, cucumber, and peppers in bright citrus. A touch of rocoto brings a subtle, exciting heat that keeps each bite clean, electric, and addictive. Finished with plantain chips for the perfect salty crunch. This is the starter that makes guests say, “just one more bite.”


Course 2: Salad

Pear & Blue Salad
Crisp mixed greens topped with ripe pear slices and crumbled blue cheese for a bold sweet-and-savory contrast that feels unmistakably steakhouse. Candied pecans add buttery crunch, thin-sliced red onion brings a gentle bite, and a light balsamic drizzle ties everything together. Fresh, elegant, and perfectly balanced to set up the richness of the ribeye.


Optional Champaign Toast

$7.50 pp: Korbel Brut (or similar)
A joyful pause to honor the couple with a flute of crisp Champagne. Guests receive their flutes during the salad course and are invited to hold them for a toast as the table is cleared; building anticipation for the entrée that follows.


Course 3: Entrée

Wood-Fired Ribeye with Garlic–Citrus Shrimp Topper
A true steakhouse centerpiece, cooked on our wood-fired grill for a deeper, more aromatic flavor than standard grilling—smoky, bold, and intensely savory. Each ribeye is grilled to order, plated hot, and finished with a garlic–citrus shrimp topper that adds a bright coastal lift and a classic surf-and-turf wow factor. This is the course guests remember: the scent of live fire, the sizzle, and a ribeye that eats like a great restaurant night.

Each plate includes:

Crispy Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Golden fingerlings roasted until crisp, then finished with sea salt, herbs, citrus zest, and a light olive oil sheen for a clean, chef-driven side that feels upscale and satisfying.
Charred Broccolini
Lightly charred for a smoky edge, then finished with lemon, olive oil, and cracked pepper to keep the plate bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

Fresh Bread
A warm basket of artisan breads served at each table with butter for a comforting steakhouse touch and a polished, hosted feel throughout the meal.


Course 4: Dessert

Priced separately, assorted Picata desserts are available as part of the wedding cake presentation. Guests may leave their seats to choose from wedding cake or other exquisite desserts, crafted to complement the steakhouse-at-sunset experience.
