A live-cooking station where guests gather as our chef fires up a massive, sizzling paella pan right before their eyes—an instant “vacation party” moment. Saffron-infused rice with shrimp, mussels, and Spanish chorizo, finished with fresh herbs and charred lemon for a bold coastal bite.

1. Tuscan Veggie Pasta: Al dente pasta tossed with sautéed zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic, and fresh herbs in a light olive oil and Parmesan sauce. (V)
2. Penne alla Vodka: Penne pasta in a creamy tomato vodka sauce with pancetta and basil.
3. Chicken Alfredo: Grilled chicken served over fettuccine in a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce.
4. Rigatoni Bolognese: Rigatoni pasta with a hearty meat sauce of ground beef, tomatoes, and onions.
