Our coral reefs are washed constantly by the Gulf Stream, a giant river of water creates the habitat for big game fish like marlin and sailfish. You can fish in the same waters that celebrated writers like Hemingway or Zane Grey made famous.

Charter a crewed fishing boat by the day, or rent a boat by the week and keep it here in your marina. Read the fishing magazines. This exact area is what they write about. Key Largo is where the extreme deep sea fishing is.

Diving and Snorkeling

There is no doubt. This is the diving and snorkeling capital of the world. We have the only living coral reef in North America.
You say you never snorkeled on a reef before? This is your chance. It is inexpensive to spend a few hours on the reef with a local dive boat. They have the knowledge and experience for you to learn safely. Or begin your snorkeling career right here in front of the property in our crystal clear Florida Keys waters.
If you are a diver, you already know why more divers visit here than any other location in the world. If you are not a diver, you should be. You can become a certified diver here in just a few days. We have some of the best dive schools in the world.

Extreme Watersports

Rent a couple jet skis. You can go for miles and miles in any direction – open ocean or exploring the many beautiful mangrove forests. Or windsurf, kitesurf. Free Dive for lobster. Or spearfishing. If you want some heart-stopping action, look no further.

Or never leave the property

The fun starts right here on your private Florida Keys wedding site. The privacy here does something to us. We all loosen up a little. We all become children in some sense. The adults start interacting with the children. Fishing off the dock. Snorkeling the area for lobster. Swimming, kayaking, being carefree together. So, many people come to Key Largo looking for adventure, and to their surprise, they find it right here and seldom leave the property. Swim, snorkel, catch a fish, or a lobster, kayak or paddleboard, all without ever leaving the property. For young and old, from the most strenuous to the most sedentary, you will be entertained.

Are watercraft available? (Boats, jet-skis, kayaks)
